Hi Yvonne - I think you're asking about the breaded goujons http://www.quorn.co.uk/products/Breaded_Goujons.aspx and the crispy chicken style nuggets http://www.quorn.co.uk/products/Crispy_Chicken_Style_Nuggets.aspx. The goujons are available at Sainsbury's and the crispy chicken style nuggets are available at Asda, Morrisons and Somerfield/Co-Op. I hope this is helpful.

Hi Lynn - I think you're talking about the Quorn mince and onion suet pie http://www.quorn.co.uk/products/Mince_and_Onion_Suet_pudding.aspx. If so, they're available
at Tesco only. Hope this helps!

Hi Joyce - welcome to Quorn! In short, the answer is yes, you can freeze recipes which contain Quorn. Here are some important tips to ensure you do so safely.

Freezing:
All Quorn products are safe for home freezing, just make sure they're rapidly frozen within their use-by date and cooked immediately after thawing. Some Quorn products may have slightly altered texture/taste after freezing, so it's a good idea to refer to packaging instructions as to the suitability of a particular product for freezing. Chilled Quorn products can be deep frozen on the day of purchase but you should use the product within three months.

Thawing:
Golden rule here is to make sure any defrosting takes place in the refrigerator! When you're de-frosting, let the product thaw out in the refrigerator, don't let the temperature go above 7°C, and use within 4 hrs of thawing. If you want to refreeze the product once its defrosted, you'll need to re-freeze again as quickly as possible. We don't really recommend de-frosting and re-freezing as this can affect flavour, colour & texture of our products. So if possible, only freeze and defrost once. Portioning out the recipe into smaller freezer bags might help with this.
