Luckily we have one we bought several months ago, so aren't stuck for Christmas, but it's very disappointing not to be able to find it in Tesco, Sainsbury or Asda. This is an excellent product and like Elizabeth in Edinburgh we use this at other times of the year as well as Christmas. Have just put mine in the oven for Christmas lunch today.
