This week, our very own Head of Innovation, Tim Finnigan, was interviewed by the BBC World Service One Planet programme to expound on the making of Quorn. One Planet provides a weekly view of global development and the environment and Tim contributed to the ‘Future of Food’ segment.
Seeing as livestock are responsible for 18 per cent of the greenhouse gases that cause global warming, it’s no wonder there’s a new spotlight on the environmental benefits of meat-free alternatives.
