Calling all healthy celebrities!
In the highly critical world of Hollywood where the merest glimpse of double chin or muffin top will be given the ‘ring of shame’ in a trashy tabloid, it is unsurprising that finding a celebrity who isn’t underweight, let alone actually healthy, is no mean feat!
However, once you’ve weeded out the yo-yo dieters and the ‘I live on milkshakes’ types, you’ll be pleased to know that healthy celebrities do exist.
Below is my ‘Top 10 healthy celebrities list’; celebrities we can look up to for ignoring the fads and setting a great example of healthy living!

Eating a healthy diet has obvious benefits; the healthier you are, the less likely you are to develop obesity, cancer and diabetes. And who knows, you may end up looking like Beyonce or Becks! However, it’s important to remember that treating yourself every now and again isn’t the end of the world. As the lovely Kate Winslet says; ‘Everything in moderation’!
